Interjuncture Corp. began as Nexus Webhosting, founded by George A. Roberts IV in 2001.  The company grew and was renamed to Interjuncture in 2003.

Interjuncture was incorporated as Interjuncture Corp. in October 2004, with Frank Spaulding coming on board as Executive Vice President and COO.

Interjuncture launched its Easy Antispam service and held its first HostingCon tradeshow and conference in 2005.

Following the tremendous success of the first show, HostingCon 2006 was held at The Mirage in Las Vegas, Nevada, boasting more than twice the exhibitor space.

To handle the increasing demand of quality trade show production, Interjuncture Corp. branched out yet again, forming CPI (Conference Planners, Inc.) in 2007.

HostingCon 2007 was held at historic Navy Pier in Chicago, Illinois. It was the most successful HostingCon to date, and HostingCon 2008 will again be held there, bigger and better than ever.
