Quarantine Update
by George RobertsAs some of you may have noticed, we did not implement the quarantine system switchover on Saturday. My apologies for not getting this notice out to you sooner.
We’re going to push back the update to this Wednesday evening, 06/27/2007. The main reason for this was to finish getting some of the documentation done to make sure you had it to give to your users. We’ll have the documentation online later today, 06/25/2007, and will post an update here with the link.

its now saturday the 30th???
you said it was being pushed back to wednesday 27th, however its now 3 days after that and it still seems to be not working and there has not been any updates here??? little bit of news as to whats happening would have been good

The new quarantine was implemented on Wednesday as stated. If you’re having issues with it, please contact support and explain what the issue is.

i have tried logging into protectedmail with numerous accounts and i cannot get in… if i try the activate account link i get sent an email but upon clicking it just takes me to the standard login screen, no messages or anything… i then try and login with the email but it dont work, it just keeps taking me back to the login screen….
like i said this has happened with account 3 different accounts on seperate domains…
