I have had lenghty delays of late as well, currently I am on on MF1 with all my servers.

Has there been any progress at all on these issues?

i too am having problems with delayed emails. i opened a ticket about three weeks ago wanting to know how to change the manage password and no response.

i am a new customer and don’t know how this company takes care of it’s customers but not very happy so far.

Still experiencing mail delays. Message sent to me today at 10:14 AM EST, received at 12:28 PM EST. That’s 2hours 14minutes.

The delayed mail issue has been resolved for a few days.

We are also having a lot of touble with email.
Spam is going through, some delays and the worst: replicating of emails sent to the same address after going through your gateway mf1 please help!

9:00 AM today I sent myself a message from Gmail - it ususally takes 10 seconds. It’s been 45 minutes and is not here.

You say mailfoundry will have a fix for this “Soon” - can you define “soon” or ball park it? I’m willing to shut this thing off for a few weeks and tell my customers that a fix is coming, but I can’t have these delays.

No Blog Updates, No responses to my support tickets, no replys to emails or voice mails. Just tell us what is going on. I can live with a good explanation and a timeline, but dead air will just kill your customer loyalty.

Still have serious mail issues, complaints coming in from everyone. I have never lost so much mail for so long.
